Refunds for the Cinque Terre Card are only possible in the following cases:

Refunds for the Cinque Terre Card Trekking

Refunds are possible:

  • in the event of a red or orange weather alert
  • in the event of closure of the paths due to adverse weather conditions or any disasters

Refunds for the Cinque Terre Card Train

Refunds are possible:

  • in the event of a red or orange weather alert
  • in the event of trains not running due to a strike by the Ferrovie di Stato staff

Cases in which the Cinque Terre Card is not refunded

The Cinque Terre Card is not refunded in all other cases and in particular if:

  • the Cinque Terre card has been lost
  • the card has been damaged and other cases dependent only on the user
  • the Cinque Terre Card is valid for more than one day and has already been partially used (even for just one day)

The request for reimbursement must be made on the website of the Cinque Terre National Park.
